FAQ

  • Where would the trial take place?

Trials take place in the comfort of your home for a relaxed and personalized experience. They’re typically scheduled Monday through Thursday, as weekend availability is reserved for weddings and events. While I do my best to accommodate weekend requests, they can’t always be guaranteed and will include a travel fee. Each trial lasts approximately two hours, allowing time to perfect your desired look.

  • Are lashes included?

They make a HUGE difference ! So yes, lashes are included, weather you choose strip or individual lashes.

  • Can you take a big bridal party?

Absolutely! No matter the size of your bridal party, you’re in expert hands. I’ve worked with parties of up to 19 people, and I always bring along my talented team—handpicked professionals who do the same work I do—to ensure every guest feels pampered and perfectly ready. Whether your group is small or large, we’ll make your special day stress-free and radiant for everyone.

  • Do you offer hair?

I, Diana, personally specialize in makeup only and do not provide hairstyling myself. However, I work closely with a trusted team of talented hairstylists who share the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and luxury experience that I provide. If you’d like to include hair services for you or your party, I can arrange to have one of my hairstylists join us on the day of your event for a seamless, stress-free experience.

If you already have someone you love for hair or prefer to handle it separately, that’s completely fine too! I’m always happy to share some amazing hairstylist recommendations if needed.

When submitting your inquiry, please mention that you’d like to add hair services so I can include that in your quote. Please note that all pricing for hair and makeup is per service.

  • How is my date secured?

To secure your desired date, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is confirmed upon the receipt of a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer fee. A preliminary trial does not constitute a booking and does not hold the date.
